COMMUNITY TIES YOUTH PROVISION AT OAKEN GROVE
Our Provision aims to provide young people with opportunities:
- Participate in purposeful and exciting activities within their community.
- Engage with their wider community and take part in projects that benefit their well-being that of the local community.
- Access youth services.
We deliver weekly sessions during term time and exciting project work and events throughout the year at Oaken Grove and The Old School in Wigginton. All our groups are delivered by a qualified youth worker or practitioner with a current DBS check and first aid certificate. Please read on for further information about each group.
Our youth provision also delivers activity outside of Oaken Grove, through outreach and detached youth work in the community. We deliver sessions in parks and public spaces, and at other youth groups and provisions. If you are interested in an outreach session in your community group, school, or service, please get in touch.
We are always on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to help us deliver our youth provision – you must be able to commit to helping weekly or fortnightly for at least 6 months. You will receive full training, support and travel expenses. Please call us on 01904 769176 or email us at email@example.com if you’re interested.
